How do I buy tickets?

Choose an event, select your ticket type and quantity, and review the total before entering your details. Continue to PayFast to pay securely in South African rands. Your tickets are reserved when the order is created; ticket delivery is confirmed separately after payment.

Where is the Johannesburg seat plan?

The Milk + Cookies Johannesburg seat plan is scheduled for release on 1 November 2026. General Admission is festival access, not a numbered reserved seat. A plan will be published once supplied by the organiser.

Is my order reference a ticket?

No. A reference identifies your order and does not grant entry. Ticket delivery must be confirmed separately. Test payments do not produce admission tickets.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds depend on applicable South African consumer law, the organiser’s policy and your purchase circumstances. Keep your order reference for all enquiries.
