Last updated: 30 October 2026. These general terms apply to use of Ticketbooth and ticket orders. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in South African rands. Any service fee is displayed before payment. Resale prices may be above or below face value. An order is subject to confirmed ticket availability and successful payment; an unpaid or test order is not a valid ticket.
Payment
Payments are processed by PayFast when enabled. Do not send card details to Ticketbooth. A browser return from payment does not confirm payment; confirmation requires verification from the payment provider.
Delivery and entry
Delivery arrangements and organiser entry requirements must be confirmed for your order. An order reference is not an admission ticket. Keep tickets secure; duplicate use, unauthorised transfer or breach of organiser conditions may prevent entry.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Event dates, venues and line-ups may change. Refund eligibility depends on applicable law, organiser policies and the circumstances of your order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under South African consumer law. Postponement does not automatically guarantee a refund.
Responsible use
Provide accurate contact information and do not use the website for fraud or unlawful resale. Ticketbooth is not the event organiser unless explicitly stated. Liability limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
