Information collected
We collect the name, email address and optional phone number submitted with orders, order selections and payment references. Newsletter sign-up collects your email address. Card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by Ticketbooth.
Purpose and sharing
Information is used to process orders, support ticket delivery and respond to purchase issues. Newsletter addresses are used for event updates with consent. Necessary information may be shared with payment, hosting and fulfilment providers, including providers operating outside South Africa with appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations, and withdraw newsletter consent. Retention is limited to operational and legal requirements. You may raise concerns with South Africa’s Information Regulator.
